LetsDefend is a platform that you can use for training yourself as a Blue Teamer especially for Security Operations Center professionals such as Security Analysts and Incident Responders.

The free version allows investigating 5 alerts per month. For Security Analysts, there are over 80 alerts in the paid version. I have completed all of them and in the end you will get a certificate of completion. You can also measure the Average Alert time and Points you have earned so far.

2) Range Force – https://go.rangeforce.com/community-edition-registration

Range Force is another CyberSecurity Simulation Platform that gives you hands-on experience on Attacks and their Defense in Virtual Labs and has a free community edition in which you have 24 modules. You will get a certificate after completing 10 modules and after 20 modules in the Range Force Community Learning.

3) Blue Team Labs Online – https://blueteamlabs.online/

One of the most favorite platforms developed by Security Blue Team. They have free challenges that you can work on by downloading them into Virtual Labs of your own and using the necessary tools. They also have some free investigations that you can perform on their cloud labs.

4) Try Hack Me – https://tryhackme.com/

Another awesome and well known platform that people use to train themselves and learn Ethical Hacking. They have now introduced modules for Cyber Defenders. They basically use rooms to train and provide Virtual Machines and you will have to answer questions to gain points and improve your Rank and get to the Top 1% on TryHackMe. That is my current goal.

5) Cyber Defenders – https://cyberdefenders.org/labs/

CyberDefenders is another great platform that you can use. You will have to download some of the Virtual Machines and open them in VirtualBox or VMWare and then answer the questions they provide.

Another great online virtual simulation platform that will help you with all kinds of Security Related labs and get hands-on practice.
